-So, I have lots and lots of ideas for the challenge fics but I can't seem to start writing :/ I know what I want to happen in each chapter and everything. It's the same with the prompt fics - I know what I want to happen but I just can't get it written down and now I'm feeling bad about taking so long with them.

-I'm going to need to rewatch 5x01 through to about 5X10 for my fic for lightthesparks . I'm really not complaining about that, though :) I think I'll definitely be writing more than 10,000 words. What started out as a small idea is now turning into a pretty epic length fic.

-Comic Con!! It's made me very excited. I've seen most of the S5 gag reel sneak peek and it's awesome. I cannot wait for the DVD now :) Also, a certain title is making me very happy.  I'm really looking forward to all the reports and videos :)

-I watched 'After School Special' yesterday - I'd forgotten how awesome Colin Ford is. You know, everyone talks about Dean's shorts and I get why. But I actually think him wearing the full tracksuit is just as cool. He looks very yummy in it :D Anyway, my point is, I hope we get another flashbacky episode in S6 with Colin Ford and JDM. Yes, I know the likliehood of a JDM comeback is very small but it would be so cool! In the words of Jensen: 'Come back to us, Jeff! Come back to us!'

A fic rec

It's not often that I post fic recs here but I think this one deserves it :)  You all know how bad I am at html so I'm just going to direct you over totrollmela who has just posted her first Supernatural fic. It's a really sweet little story that's different to anything I've read before.

It'd be awesome if you all could remember how nervous you were when you first posted and go and give her some encouragement :D
