Hey everyone. How was/is your Sunday? Today has kind of been hectic for me! I'm going to to a bullet post.

Our TV broke. I have no idea why, it just went off and it won't come on again. We're going to get a new one because it's a very old tv anyway and if we paid to get it fixed it probably wouldn't last much longer. Anyway, tonight and probably tomorrow I'm without a tv and it's kind of weird not just being able to switch the news or whatever on.
My internet's also been stupid all day. Technology, I'm not impressed with you at the moment.
So, Jared got twitter. I guess he probably knows what he's getting into - I just hope the good experiences and the interaction with the nice fans outweighs any craxy experiences he might have. In related news, how cute is he! Posting a picture with the moose and having his profile pic be of Jensen and tweeting Misha and Seb and Chad.
School starts again tomorrow. I'm only there for a week and then, bar exams, I'm officially done. That's really scary. My exam is on Friday. That's even more scary.
I've pretty much written another big bang over the last few weeks. The Stanford fic is at over 17k now and there's still a lot more to go. Can't believe how long it's going to be.
Speaking of, big bang posting starts tomorrow! I am so, so excited and nervous about posting mine and excited to read all the fics and see all the art. I'm away away from the 5th-12th August so I'll have to catch up on things posted then when I get back but OMG, I'm excited!
The list of prompt fics I still have to write is looking better. I have fics for trollmela and pippii still to write (I'm getting to those soon, I promise) and about a million to write for morgentau ;) (I promise I'll get to those as soon as I can but because they're extras now I'm going to try and get the others done first.)
I wrote a bit more of thebigbangjob but I still haven't outlined it properly. I'm at about 2k now which is okay but I need to get working on it some more once I'm done with my history exam.

Hey everyone :)

I'm a bit more awake than I was last night so this post will be longer :) I have the day off today so I'm going to try and get as much revision done as possible. Then, I'm going to the hospital with my Mum tonight to keep her company because she has an appointment for a MRI scan. I'll take 'The Two Towers' and start reading that while I'm waiting for her.

It seems weird that we're not going to have an episode of Supernatural tonight, although it's probably a good thing for me because I'm out in town tomorrow so I'd be rushing to get back so I could see the finale :D So, in liu of Supernatural, what are you guys up to this weekend? Anything fun?

Like I mentioned, I'm in town for a while tomorrow. There's an event on at a jewellery shop that Mum and I like so we're going to go for that - we pay ten pounds for a ticked and get a pendant worth £45, a drink and some nibbles and 15% off any other purchase which isn't bad at all ;) Especially when I still have birthday money left over!

I better go and get on with revision now. Anyone have any awesome tips to help me? At the moment I'm making powerpoints as a quick way to condense all of my notes and then I'll probably do some handwritten stuff at one point, too.

So, as I mentioned before I’m going to be running another prompt-taking session. It doesn’t matter whether you’re an old friend or a new friend, if you want to leave a prompt then feel free to :)

Just in case you don’t know, I do these prompt things for two reasons. Firstly, I like to be able to do something for my friends. I’m not really in a position to buy icons or send cards on special occasions so this is my way of giving you all something. Secondly, I made a resolution at New Year’s to try and challenge myself with my writing by trying to write things I might not usually write so this is a good way of getting prompts for that.

I’ll write for SPN, CW RPS, Leverage, Oceans 11 and if there’s anything else you’d like me to write for just ask – if I don’t know/don’t feel comfortable writing for the fandom then I’ll let you know. I’ll write either gen or for a pairing. Pairing-wise, most of you know the pairings I read and write – Sam/Dean, some Dean/Cas, Jared/Jensen, Jeff/Jensen, Eliot/Alec, Nate/Eliot – but if there’s anything else then, again, just ask and I’ll see what I can do.

I’ll take prompts up until the 17^th so that gives us a week to sort things out. And I’m going to say up to two prompts per person this time because a few people wanted to give more than one on the last round.

How are you all today? I hope the weather where all of you are is as nice as it is here today. (Except that I just looked out of the window and there are black clouds in the sky - it's going to pour down again!)

So, the big bang reveals have been posted and I'm pleased to tell you that the artist I'm working with is tinkabell007 . I'm looking forward to getting to know her and to seeing the art :)

I managed to get roped into helping with our leavers yearbook today. I was asked to help in such a flattering way (seeing as you're a good writer....you've got time on your hand's because you're a good student) that I couldn't really say no. I don't know, I kind of wanted to help out anyway but I had decided not to because, actually, I don't really have time on my hands with revision and writing and doing my leadership qualification. Still, it might be fun. I just need to try and remember things that happened in Year 8 now so that I can write about them.

Eeek, and it just thundered.

My revision officially started today and I got a bit done - have more pencilled in to do later tonight. During my breaks, I've been working more on the J2 guitar fic - it's almost done now so is anyone willing to beta it for me? It's going to be NC-17, at least 4k but probably no longer than 5k and there are two sex scenes.

I'm almost at the end of 'The Fellowship of the Ring', as in, I have two chapters left to read. I'm still enjoying it, looking forward to reading the next one.

Oh, and just a heads up, I think I'm going to be taking prompts again soonish. I like writing them while I'm revising because they're a nice way of taking a break from History :) So yeah, if you want to leave me one then start thinking about ideas :D

Summary: Jared doesn’t so do well on planes. Lucky for him, Jensen is used to helping nervous flyers.

A/N: Written for the prompt for morgentau : ‘Jared is afraid of flying but has to go to Vancouver for whatever reasons. He thinks that sitting at the window might help but he's not that lucky and a dude (Jensen) blocks the view. So Jared's freaking out but he's trying not to show it. Jensen, however, notices and tries to calm him down, distract him. I would love to see how something like a close bond evolves between those complete strangers and they are slowly getting to know and like each other.’ I hope you like it!

I've decided that today is a good day because

I'm going out to Pizza Hut with my friends later and I already know it's going to be fun and I'm going to see S. I haven't seen S since August and it's really been too long - I'll just have to remember not to order anything to share with him because he eats loads!
My history coursework is going well. I think I've finally got into the swing of writing it and I seem to be on track deadline-wise as well...once this is done I have no more coursework to do. I don't think I even mind the fact that I'm going to have revision to do!
It's officially my birthday month! I can't believe I'm going to be 18 (legal!) in a few weeks. It's kind of insane. I'm going to be able to vote on the 5th May voting vote, as well, which is weird.

I can't believe we still haven't had any news about season seven of Supernatural! I'm kind of worried now...thinking it might not get renewed. I wonder when we'll actually hear something - I hope it's soon!

So, there are quite a few of you that I know are coming over to the UK on holidays or to study in the near future...are any of you planning to travel much? Is anyone going to manage to get pretty far north or are you going to have to stick to exploring the south of the country? Just thought it would be helpful for us to have an idea of whether it might be possible to meet up in some way (if you want to meet me, that is!)

Hypothetically, if I were to post a list of prompts here would anyone maybe feel like writing some of them? I've had quite a lot of ideas lately but I just don't have the time to start writing anything new. There'd be no rush and I'd definitely be willing to beta or write a prompt for you further down the line or whatever.

Hey :) So, this post got pretty long so I'll try to put some of it behind cuts so it doesn't take over your friends pages!

So, yesterday's exam didn't go so well. The first question was quite strange and it threw me off a bit, I think. The second question was better but I'm not sure whether I did enough to improve upon the last grade. I kind of think my writing style was better and I focused more on form, structure and language this time around but I still came out of it feeling like it didn't go well. I guess I'll just have to wait for the results (which I should get in March.)

Huh, I've talked about exams and school quite a lot again - sorry! I haven't done any more to my

spn_j2_bigbang fic yet, although I have been thinking about a few more ideas. Like I've said before, I'm going to try and get most of it written next month. How are you guys getting on with it? What are you planning to write?

I've also started researching a casefic that I want to write (with the help of

redtapestry !) I kind of a had a moment where I wanted to change and do the casefic for my big bang fic but I think I want to spend more time researching and really getting it right, plus I love my J2 AU idea so I'm going to stick with that :D I've started work on some of those prompt fics, too :) I'm going to say that this is the last chance for anyone else who wants to leave a prompt this time around.

So, some of you might remember that one of my New Year's resolutions was to try writing new things. Obviously, the big bang comes under that category but, apart from that, I haven't really done anything so far. So, I thought a nice idea might be for you guys to give me prompts - the ones that you gave me for Christmas made me try out new ideas so I thought it would be a nice way for me to try new things AND do something for all of you.

I'm going to stick to certain fandoms but I'm not going to restrict the pairings at all. If there's something that I feel I really can't write I'll let you know but I don't think there'll be anything, to be honest. So, the fandoms are : Supernatural, SPN RPS, Leverage and Oceans 11 (let me know if you think I've missed one of if there's something else you'd like me to do and we'll see about it.)

Of course, I'd love to write prompts for the usual pairings, too! And don't feel that you have to make it seem out there!

It's so icy outside today! I've decided I'm just not going to leave the house at all this weekend and then I won't fall over! :)

Okay, so I have lots of work to do today. I'm writing my history essay at the moment and it's taking me forever. I'm getting all confused by it.

On Friday, I did some writing during my frees at school - had to keep turning the page to hide the slash when people stopped to talk to me :) Anyway, I'm going to try and write more at school because I don't usually manage to do my work when I'm there anyway because the common room (very Harry Potter, I know) is always too noisy for that. I'm over half way through writing the prompt fics. If there's anyone who hasn't given me a Christmas prompt and would like to do so please feel free. I can write for Supernatural (Sam/Dean), J2, Leverage, Oceans 11 and Starsky and Hutch. If there's another fandom that you think I know then just ask :) I know a few of you have been offline for a while and might have missed the original prompt post and I really want to give you all something.

Guys, the Christmas prompt fics are going really well :) I've got over half of them written and a lot of ideas for the other ones. I've really enjoyed writing them so far - they've made me try new things that I've liked writing :)

If there's anyone who hasn't commented on the prompt post and would like a fic from me then please prompt here :) There's still a bit of time but I don't think I'll be able to take any more prompts after about December 1st. Seriously, you've all been so great over the last year and I really want to do this for you.

In other news, this stupid kid pushed my little sister as we were walking home from school today. I told him off and he insulted my bag :( So much for anti-bullying week!!!!!!

I went to Scotland for the day yesterday. It was pretty cool, we were trying to suss out places where we might want to stay next year. It rained quite a lot though. Kizzie (my Golden Retriever) got very, very muddy. Typically, I'm not going out today so the sun has decided to shine.

I finished writing the prompt fic! It's been beta-read so I'm going to post it as soon as it has a title. Which may actually take a while; I'm always useless when it comes to titles.

I started my SPN rewatch. So far, I've watched the Pilot and Wendigo. Both great episodes. The Pilot's always going to be special to me; there are so many good moments in it and it's the one that started it all. Obviously.

The wendigo creeps me out. After all the eps and all the monsters I still think it's one of the scariest there's been.

In both eps there was a lot of Dean and Sam punching each other, why did that stop? It was cute!

I have a week off now! Which means that I have time on my hands. I also have two questions for you :)

Firstly, have any of you in the UK bought part one of Season 5 yet? I know that with S4 there was all the problems with the special features so I was just wondering what special features are on the dvds/if the right ones are actually on. I'd be really grateful if you could let me know :)

Secondly, I started writing the prompt fic for

kros_21 :) But, I'm quite nervous about it as it's my first Supernatural fic. It's nowhere near ready for beta-reading yet but I was wondering if someone would be willing to take a quick look at it, just to tell me if it's in character and in tune with the show. It's a Sam/Dean getting together fic which is going to be a one-shot, I think.
