(no subject)

So, the last few days have been pretty hectic! We picked Luna up on Saturday and adksjdsklj she's wonderful - so little (she's seven weeks old) and funny and snuffly and she's settled in really well. Kizzie wasn't totally sure of her first (poor thing - it's such a new situation for her) but we've been fussing over her lots and making sure visitors to see the puppy acknowledge K first and things and she seems to be a bit more relaxed about the whole thing now. But yes, it's been very busy - trying to do uni work and big bang writing in between puppy duties (playing, feeding, taking outside, entertaining puppy guests, taking her to new places!) has been quite hard but I'm starting to get into a bit of a routine now so hopefully will get lots done today.

I had some really good news the other day - found out I got a 75 on my history essay! (For those of you who don't know, that's a First - the highest that can be gotten.) It's the highest mark I've ever managed to get in an essay (although I got a 77 in an exam once) so it was a really nice surprise! Just hoping I can replicate it in my IRP essay, which actually doesn't seem that possible right now. It's due tomorrow and there's still a whole lot of editing I need to do. Kind of worrying about getting things finished right now, just hoping I can manage.
