Productivity (for once)

I'm having another pretty good day today, even though I've been working for most of it. After my double History lesson I came home and started working on my coursework. I've got all of my sources now so I spent ages annotating them and now I'm starting to plan out my essay. It's supposed to be 2000 words and I'm going to try and have most of a first draft done by Friday so I need to get on with writing it fairly quickly.
Speaking of writing, my big bang is now at 13,768 words. I seem to be writing at a much faster, better, pace now so hopefully I'll be at least up to 15k by the end of the week. I'm going to do some more tonight (once I've done some beta-reading for the fabuloustrollmela ) as a reward to myself for spending so much time doing my History.
Me, my sister, and the usual group of friends are going into town on Friday - we're going to do some Mother's Day shopping and then go for a pizza - which should be good. We're inviting one of our other friends who we haven't seen for ages (he left school and got a job and he's hopeless at staying in touch) so hopefully we'll see him, too :)
It's quite a while since I've managed to watch Supernatural but my Mum had Leverage on last night so I caught a bit of that. Starting watching new shows is going to have to wait until after exams, though, because as much as I want to watch them, I can't really justify it. I have a few things on my list of things to watch, though:

Date: 2011-03-29 04:07 pm (UTC)Yay for your plans to watch Miami Vice! I remember Viggo Mortensen's appearance, mainly because I actually had to watch that episode twice to see him. I think it's in season 4 so it will take you a while until you get there, but you'll probably understand once you see Red Tape.
I still occasionally watch The Mentalist and just a few days ago I watched an episode with Mark Pellegrino in it! He had a mustache and wore lots of leather (he was the boss of a biker gang); I didn't like the mustache so much, but the leather was cool.
I also used to watch Merlin but I got bored. That's not saying you shouldn't give it a try though. :) I know there are lots of people who really like it.

I'll give it a go :) If I don't like it it won't be the end of the world but if I do then yay :)
